Payk has been involved in the construction and plumbing industry for over 25 years. This has included the education, installation and servicing of residential backwater valves which is a core component in helping residents prevent sewer flooding in their basements.
Prior to being the President & General Manager of Two Brothers Construction and CFO of Backwater Boot Inc., it was this entrepreneurial spirit that led him to a successful venture that he established in the cellular phone industry through AT&T as a multi-franchise location owner for over 15 years.
Payk has built a lasting relationship with many community leaders, developers and suppliers, particularly in the areas of climate change, and is a firm believer that education will help society overcome these challenges.

He is proficient in streamlining processes, upgrading systems and maintaining documentation for future iterative changes.
